• Purchase history: records of products you buy and subscription status, processed through our payment provider.
• Study progress: some progress may be stored in your browser (local storage) on your device in addition to any server-side data tied to your account.
• Content you submit: for example, license or certificate images you upload for verification features, where applicable.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Process purchases, deliver digital access, and maintain records of entitlements.
• Send transactional or service-related messages (e.g., receipts, renewal reminders where applicable).
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service and respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Storage

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and related backend services. Files you upload (such as license photos for verification) may be stored in Cloudflare R2 or comparable object storage configured for the Service. Data is protected using industry-standard practices; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third Party Services

We rely on trusted processors to operate the Service. These may include:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment data they handle on our behalf.
• Resend — transactional and service email delivery.
• ElevenLabs — optional AI text-to-speech narration; lesson text may be sent to their API when you use that feature.
• Anthropic — where we use AI-assisted processing (e.g., certificate or license text extraction from images you choose to upload), content may be sent to Anthropic’s services subject to their terms and privacy policy.

Each provider processes data according to their own policies. We encourage you to review their documentation.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in a minimal way—primarily for session and authentication (e.g., staying logged in). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies for behavioral marketing as part of this Policy’s scope.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account and purchase records may be kept for a period consistent with tax and business requirements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may request deletion of your account or request a data export by contacting us at the email below. We will respond in line with applicable law.
