It covers airspace classification, weather, regulations, airport operations, and more. The exam is 60 questions, 120 minutes, and you need 70% (42/60) to pass.

The exam fee is approximately $175, though it varies slightly by testing location. Some PSI-owned centers charge $96. You'll need an FAA Tracking Number (FTN) from IACRA before you can schedule — getting your FTN is free.
